When evaluating a flooring contractor, the perception can sometimes be that high price = high quality. This may or may not be the case. High price can simply mean high overhead or inflated profited expectations of the contractor. It's important to consider reputation, experience of the applicators, responsiveness to phone calls and emails, and of course price when selecting a contractor. Remember, if a contractor is slow in their response BEFORE they have your business, chances are they will be even slower to respond if you need their help with a problem on your new floor.
